There is a lot of information on sdn taking about the use of tools BPM/BRM, I was part of last teched for the hands on session and also I was part of the boot camp, where i could actually start using the tools and started practicing for my assignments. After my study and practice I started to co-relating to the architectural perspective to start designing solutions.
In fact why we use Business process management is to align to the business process change,business process change fundamentally implies changes to who does work, what work was done, or the order in which work is performed. Along side of the processes there are changing business judgments.
Questions in terms of where and how to project these tools are where organizations processes changes doesn’t meet the pace of business demands. The issue comes down to a failure to properly separate two different areas of concern: business process and business rules.
From architecture workshops my key learning around BPM are the two approaches that we can follow are Outside In and Inside Out.
Having glimpsed the BPM architecture I started looking at the closer look of the components we have in solutioning.
Designing a Solution:
To design a good BPM solution, first I took a step back to examine the project’s environment: understanding the problem, noting the local and larger-scale perspectives, and only then creating a design and testing my solution. Core components of my solution include
